Job Description

• To prepare and deliver theoretical courses in the field he/she is training in as it is set in the curriculum;
• To prepare, set up and oversee practical training exercises ;
• To set up practical training facilities;
• To maintain and manage training equipment;
• To plan the training program and implement it;
• To monitor the progress of Trainees and identify any bottlenecks individual trainees may be having;
• To write and share with the Supervisor the progress report on a weekly basis;
• Continually assess the changes in the market and propose ways to tailor the program to the market needs;
• Plan for the training material / equipment and work with the procurement officer and management to avail them timely;
• To carry out any other duty as assigned by the Supervisor;

Job Profile

A2 with (RTQF Level 5) in Capentry with 3 years of working Experience

Key technical skills and knowledge required:

– Management skills

– Social skills

– High analytical and problem solving skills;

– Decision making skills;

– Excellent communication skills ;

– Very effective organization skills;

– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.
