Job Description
The Umoja wa Wapandaji Miti Matembwe {UWAMIMA} is seeking for highly skilled personnel in the field of Personal secretary to work on its initiative of Market Centre located at Matembwe village in Lupembe division, Njombe DC ,Njombe Region. The staff are expected to serve the project called ” Increase FO capacity to offer integrated economic services to farmers-led collective businesses 2018-2020″
Personal secretary qualifications
1. Should be able to speak and write English Language
2. Computer Literate (Good in Microsoft Office)
3. Should be able to write and reply emails from Customers and Suppliers
4. Should be able to perform all Duties Assigned to her
5. Holder of Certificate or Diploma in any field
6. Age not Above 30 Years
a. To Keep all Organizations’ documents proper and safe
b. Serve members and customers according to the procedures.
c. Maintain all timber records and Customer list.
d. Answer Customer and Supplier’s Calls
e. Good Language to Customers, Suppliers and members.
f. Perform any other duty assigned by Project Manager.
